Upon arrival, the hotel was not what we expected, failing to meet our family's needs due to the disappointing room conditions. The staff was kind and helpful, but the cleanliness of the rooms left much to be desired, with stained mattresses and unclean sheets that were not changed from the previous guest. The hotel could benefit from a serious makeover as the beds were uncomfortable, sloping into the middle.
